These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 638jl online gaming platform, including the website at https://638jl.app, all associated mobile-optimized pages, and any related services provided by 638jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through 638jl, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Each individual may register only one (1) account with 638jl. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein, subject to investigation.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 638jl is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 638jl will require identity verification before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 638jl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 638jl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you.
638jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change. 638jl does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified bank accounts registered in the player's name. 638jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are published on the Platform.
638jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
638jl may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published alongside each promotion.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real money funds deposited by the player are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
638jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
All games available on the 638jl Platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG ) software. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.
638jl does not manipulate game outcomes. All results are determined solely by the certified RNG systems of our game providers. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on our servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game round, 638jl will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account. 638jl's decision in such matters is final.
Players are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the specific rules of each game as published on the Platform. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 638jl Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
638jl employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions in investigating suspected prohibited conduct. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct are void and will be forfeited.
All content on the 638jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 638jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 638jl.
The 638jl name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 638jl. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 638jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.
638jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 638jl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 638jl's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
638jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. 638jl will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where such suspension is made in good faith.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 638jl customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

638jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the 638jl Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 638jl, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 638jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR for licensed online gaming operators. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.
